Shipping


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost based on your location. If shipping rates have been under quoted, we reserve the right to seek additional freight costs or we have the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full dollars.


We only ship to Australia and the purchaser must supplier a physical address, no P.O Box will be excepted.  We may also use other transport companies other than Australia post.  Our delivery is are between 1-2 days, next day despatch. 
Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may vary, tracking information will be provided when available.   

 

Returns Policy


Should it be necessary to return an item, providing that it is not used and still in the original packaging, you may return it for an exchange, excluding any shipping and insurance charges, within a period of 5 days.  A re-stocking fee of 17% will apply. It is the customers responsibility to pay for return shipping. For your protection, ensure you package and ship via a traceable method.

To return an item you must make contact with admin@stor-pak.com.au for approval. All merchandise purchased from Stor-Pak Tidy Smart is sold in its original factory packaging with all contents as supplied to us by the manufacturer/distributor.

Merchandise can be returned only if in original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition as sold.

Stor-Pak by Tidy Smart can not be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.

No Exchanges will be made after 5 Business Days.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Stor-Pak by Tidy Smart reserves the right to refuse the return.
