  2. Shipping Destinations: Currently, we offer shipping within Australia. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and require a valid physical address for delivery. Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid any delays or issues with your order.

  3. Order Processing and Delivery Time: Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to process and prepare it for shipment. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. Returns Policy

  1. Eligibility: You may return an item within 5 days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Returns are eligible for exchange only, excluding any shipping and insurance charges. Please note that a restocking fee of 17% will apply.

  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. To ensure the item's protection, we recommend packaging it securely and using a traceable shipping method.

  3. Approval Process: To initiate a return, please contact admin@stor-pak.com.au for approval. We require approval before accepting any returns. Please provide relevant details and await further instructions.

  4. Packaging and Condition: All merchandise must be returned in its original manufacturer's packaging and in the same condition as it was sold. Returns will be accepted only if these conditions are met.

  5. Lost or Damaged Packages: Stor-Pak by Tidy Smart cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process. We recommend obtaining appropriate insurance and utilizing reliable shipping services.

  6. Time Limit: Exchanges will not be processed after 5 business days from the date of the original purchase. Please ensure timely return of the item to be eligible for an exchange.

  7. Right to Refuse Return: Stor-Pak by Tidy Smart reserves the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
